Meet Ellie

Ellie Goodwin has been a cultivator of movement for 23 years and is the owner of The Pilates Studio. She walked into her first Mat Pilates class at age 17, fell in love with it, and began teaching classes at age 19. Pilates, for her, has always been more than just a workout. It is a time to align breath, body, and mind. It is a powerful place to be in community.

Ellie has a background in Pilates, Barre, Lagree, Indoor Cycling, and Yoga. Her diverse background creates a wholly unique class experience. There are elements of mindfulness, breath, and flow derived from Pilates. There are the precise, controlled movements from Barre. There is a beat-driven musicality from cycling. There is the addictive quality and effectiveness of slow endurance strength training from Lagree. Lastly, there is the sweet release and restoration that comes from her background in yoga.

You will be hard pressed to find someone who has a greater passion and joy for teaching group fitness.

Meet Kiana

Kiana is a Pilates instructor, yoga teacher, and personal trainer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, bringing a strong foundation of expertise to every session.

Her passion for fitness and fascination with the human body inspire her to continually expand her skills and deepen her connection with others. Kiana’s goal is to guide clients toward improved well-being through intentional movement and exercise.

Kiana's sequencing and choreography are purposeful and offer clients the option to increase or decrease intensity throughout class. Her energy and voice will ground you through the more challenging parts of the workout. She is a well-rounded teacher, who will keep you coming back each week for more!
